Builder. Strategist. Coffee Roaster. Coach.
I build brands, systems, and local business engines that turn ideas into momentum.
I'm Leo Maggio. I've built coffee brands, local business tools, marketing systems, coaching programs, events, and AI-assisted software from the ground up. This site is the front door to my work.

Philosophy
How I work
I like ideas, but I trust working systems. I care about sharp messaging, clean execution, honest feedback, and momentum that survives contact with reality.
Make the path easier for the customer.
Build the simplest useful version first.
Use AI as leverage, not as a replacement for judgment.
Turn confusion into structure.
Learn fast, then sharpen relentlessly.
No fake numbers. No empty hype.
Care about the person on the other side of the screen, counter, mat, or table.
Right Now
Current focus
Right now, I'm focused on rebuilding and growing Dream Chasers Coffee, developing Flowdrive Media, and building a family of practical software tools for local businesses, churches, creators, and operators.
I'm also open to the right full-time, fractional, or contract opportunity where my mix of marketing, sales, systems, operations, creative strategy, coaching, and AI-assisted building can create serious value.
Field Notes
Notes from the build
Occasional writing on local business, coffee, marketing, AI-assisted building, discipline, faith, coaching, and the lessons that come from building things the hard way.
You May Not Be Invisible. You May Just Be Harder to Choose.
Most local businesses think their problem is visibility. But the real issue is usually clarity. Customers can see you. They just can't tell why you're the right answer.
What Losing a Coffee Shop Taught Me About Building Real Businesses.
We built something real and still didn't make it. Here's what I learned about the gap between passion and infrastructure, and what I'd do differently now.
Why Local Businesses Need Systems, Not More Random Marketing.
Running another promo or boosting another post isn't the answer. The real unlock is building the infrastructure that makes every marketing effort count.
